The Hostess will carry out their duties and responsibilities under the direction and authority of the Captain. As the person ultimately responsible for the interior of the vessel and for providing superior hospitality service to meet the owner’s and guests’ expectations. Excellent service skills are a necessity, as is having a good degree of creative flair.
- Working hours: around 4 hours daily
- Rest days: 1 official rest day and 1 to 2 picked days off during the week (not necessarily)
- Interest in sailing
Responsible for the everyday smooth operation of the boat’s interior department. (While maintaining proper etiquette and a high-energy, can-do attitude at all times)
Excellent knowledge of all types of service and housekeeping
Flower and table decorating skills
Organisation and planning skills
Attention to detail
