Job Description
Providing guests with information about the hotel
Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
Organizing transport services for guests at their request
Excellent in cleaning and attending client
Checking guests in and out.
Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically
Maintain Restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and performs other duties as assigned
Accommodation and transportation, other benefits as per UAE labor law
Requirements
Excellence in the hospitality industry
Good command of English
Multi tasking
Good Inter-personal skills and can able provide excellent customer service
