We are looking for a Female Caregiver for a young disabled lady (20y). She Has a PEG Tube and a bed ridden.
Responsibilities:
- Help her take prescribed medication
- Assist her with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
- Assist her with personal care and hygiene
- Help her with physical therapy exercises
- Attach the PEG Tube feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties that she can’t complete on her own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
The caregiver will have a bedroom in our house, she will have access to the kitchen to cook for her self and we will provide her with hygiene products and clothes.
