Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our guests or residents. Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
Ensure that all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are free from dust, dirt, and debris.
Regularly inspect and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
Bedroom and Linen Care:
Change bed linens and make beds in accordance with established standards.
Ensure that towels and amenities are replenished in guest or resident rooms.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all sleeping areas.
Waste Management:
Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with established procedures.
Sort and recycle materials as required.
Keep trash receptacles clean and odour-free.
Gue Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest or resident requests and inquiries.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning processes.
Communicate effectively with other departments to address specific needs and requirements.
Qualifications:

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical demands of the job.
Uniforms and appropriate protective equipment provided.
