Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our residential or commercial premises. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to established standards, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are tidy and presentable.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents or clients.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
