Job Description

Job Title: HR Admin
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administration, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company regulations
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and job offers
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that employee data is up-to-date and accurate
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Manage office facilities and equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and procurement
Oversee office operations, including mail distribution, office supplies, and vendor management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee workplace safety programs
Prepare HR and administrative reports and present findings to senior management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3 yearsof experience in HR a administration role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of office management best practices
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
Female: Ages 25-30 yrs old above
