Big company UAE is seeking for:

Hr & Admin Assistant

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments. The major responsibilities include:

· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.

· Create and distribute staff appreciation letters.

· Collect required documents for visa application and administer complete visa and on- boarding process.

· Prepare new employees' files and process bank accounts for new hires.

· Arrange and submit documents for staff's renewals or cancellations.

· Update and maintain HR files and FACTS HR Software database.

· Report any delays in staff's documents renewal or cancellation.

· Book tickets for staff leaves Prepare documents and apply for staff medical insurance Prepare month end reports to be forwarded to HR Manager Other tasks as assigned by HR team.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Handle admin tasks in relation to hiring like documentation and coordination with other departments
