Job Description

Job Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years UAE experienced in Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent and acquisition, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedure.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, B in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
