Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team and support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:
Oversee the attendance tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours, leave, and absences.
Address attendance-related inquiries and issues from employees, managers, or relevant stakeholders.
Salary Preparation:

Assist in payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to salaries.

Company Vehicle Tracking:
Maintain records of company vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
Track usage of company vehicles.
Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and servicing as needed.

HR Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing meetings, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.

Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all HR activities.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Reporting and Doentation:
Prepare HR reports and metrics related to attendance, payroll, visa status, and other relevant HR functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems and databases.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
