Hiring for an HR Recruiter-Male candidate-Arab Nation Experience
Responsibilities:-
We are hiring a confident male candidate as a Recruiter whose experience in recruitment or staffing companies must be preferred
Education:-Bachelor degr degree in HR
Experience level:- 5+years
1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Perform job and task analysis to doent job requirements and objectives
4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job portals Linkedin, and Naukrigulf. com, Indeed many more job posting experiences on social media, etc...
5. Source and recruit candidates by using intern databases, social media, etc...
6. Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection too to filter candidates within the schedule
8. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
9. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
10. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
11. Provide analytical and well-doented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
12. Arabic speaker /writer bilingual language
communication must be fluent
