Roles & Responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to manage the HR Department, Office Admin, IT function and provide support to the Finance Manager within the company.

General

• Maintain, create and use Outlook email templates with up to date information within your departments

HR

• Drive the Recruitment and Selection process

• Organize Training and Development for the Team

• Lead Performance Management

• Advocate Employee Relations

• Knowledge of UAE Employment Law and Compliance

• Oversee Compensation and Benefits

• Onboarding and Exit coordination

• Manage HR records and systems including tracking files, Letters and Vacation & Sick Calendar updates

• Update HR Polices, Procedures & Templates

• Compose official letters and communication to the team

Office Admin

• Manage this function. This involves office administration for policy creation and compliance (desks, furniture, keys, working hours etc) and approval control of office expenses within budget. Seek continuous improvements for the office environment

• Track and purchase stationery and pantry supplies

• Manage Petty Cash

• Insurance Renewals – Business

• Insurance Renewals - Employee Medical (collaborating with Finance)

• Maintain doentation of Policies & Procedures

• DIK Office Admin

• JAFZA responsibility – Visa & Trade License, Gate passes

IT Support

• Be the administrator, responsible for the P&P and full usage of the IT function through our IT support provider; Unified PLM system

• Manage IT Function (Hardware, Basic Systems like Office, Email and Daily Tasks) with the support of Unified. Daily tasks would include computers to purchase, request user creation, maintain matrix of folder access, etc)

• Manage Basic trouble shooting for daily integrations and functioning of Fishbowl, Shopify, QuickBooks

• Maintain doentation of Policies & Procedures

Finance Support

• Support the Finance Manager with tasks as per the requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Management

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE

• Previous experience in Finance is beneficial

• Previous experience with office admin is beneficial

• Previous experience managing the IT function is beneficial

Technical Skills

• A very strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws

• Ability to solve problems independently and think logically

• A high level of accuracy when dealing with information and figures

• Familiarity with MS Office, Email and Internet

• Fluency in written and spoken English essential

• High level of written and spoken communications required

Leadership Skills

• Understanding and usage of the key aptitudes for leading and motivating a team

• Ability to take initiatives to find solutions

• Time Management – strong ability to prioritize tasks, organize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects

• Flexibility to deal with changing requirements

Other Skills

• Good team player
