Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure proper workforce planning.
Employee Relations:

Foster positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Conduct investigations when necessary and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
Work with managers to identify and address performance issues.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Implement career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Support succession planning and talent development within the organization.
Benefits Administration:

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee benefits.
Compliance:

Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle payroll processing or collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Administer employee contracts, agreements, and other HR-related doentation.
Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide input on workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is often preferred).
Several years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
