Key Responsibilities:
Daily posting of current vacancy (housemaid, nanny, cook)
Boosting social media for more leads
Making ads for social media
Making proper resume and video for each applicant
Schedule for zoom meeting or google meet for confirmed applicant to discuss further information
Recruiting applicants (Philippines, Srilanka, Indonesia, India, Nepal, Myanmar & Africa)
Dealing with agents
Proper fili for each applicant
Tracking of each applicant (Date of Arrival, Date of Employment and Date return to centre
Assisting HR Manager for all doentation needed for the job order in Philippines
Proven track record as a recruiter, specifically in recruiting domestic workers from the Philippines and other countries.
Comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of cross-country domestic worker placements.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building positive relationships with candidates and families.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing domestic worker recruitment.
High level of integrity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
