Job Description

Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a regulation Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating human resources and labor relations policies. They will also be responsible for preparing, updating and sending hiring packages to newly hiring employees.

We are looking for an experienced regulation Specialist to join our team. As a regulation Specialist you will be responsible for having an update regarding labor and employment policies, and also have great negotiation skills to deal with labor boards regarding grievances and will be responsible for participating in the onboarding process by sending new hiring packages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labor relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address an organization's human resource requirements
Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Preparing, updating, and sending new hiring packages to all new employees hires
Assisting new employees with the hiring process or filling out the hiring packages.
Communicating with various employment agencies and trying to find new subsidies program, Job fairs, or any hiring event to fulfill Recruitment needs
Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
Advise employers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit programs and collective agreements
Answering all queries made be employees regarding compensation and benefits


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Must have good negotiation skills

COMPENSATION:
Salary to be determined based on experience
Health benefits funded by Connect6 Group after completion of 90 days probationary period


Candidate Requirements
