• Conduct HSE training upon Client Request.
• Produce and deliver presentations on HSE subjects as request by management.
• Produce and deliver HSE Awareness courses / sessions as required.
• Responsible to become Master Trainer from American Heart Association within six month from the joining date.
• Administer and control the documentations for training programs and maintain all training records.
• Training data analysis.
• Putting together a training plan.
• Conducting task specific safety training.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety measures.
• Educating and enlightening on safety regulations.
• Keep abreast of new training developments, training courses and techniques.
• Continues improvement of self knowledge by undertaking training courses.
• Attending training, conferences, tradeshow and conventions.
• Carry out other similar or related duties as assigned.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Work hand in hand with company HSE personnel to ensure that safety policy's stay within compliance.
• Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
