Establish and implement strategies to prevent injuries, damage to environment and
property
Application of behavioral safety programs and interventions to reduce injuries and
contribute to the improvement of morale, quality and productivity
Assist in setting HSE objectives, KPIs and carry out analysis through frequent monitoring
Directs and ensures direct adherence to Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental
Protection Policy, management System, Safety rul & standards in the area of
responsibility.
Works & contributes towards achieving HSE objectives & ensure proper implementation of
the HSE programs including self safety audit, simulated exercises, safety training etc
Participate actively site HSE review committee & the divisional HSE committee meetings to
discuss, promote & action awareness of safety rul by personnel and
contractors and ensure adherence of the same.
Conducts a regular site visit to all operations to ensure Company’s full compliance of the
HSE standards & procedures. A daily HSE site visit report will be submitted to the Shift
Manager.

Experience : 4 to 7 years
*UAE experience is required
HSEQ Advis
Education : Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or Health & Safety
Certification : NEBOSH, BOSIET
* Candidates from chemical manufacturing background is preferred.
