Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to manage HR operations within our dynamic team. This role involves a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and implementation of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, specifically within the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza).
Indian nationality, under the age of 40,
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, with good communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
