• Supervise and direct a workforce of Facility and Maintenance Technicians
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition
• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems. Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels. Installing HVAC components
• Conduct energy audits to identify where system and operational changes can be made to decrease the property's energy consumption
• Oversee annual service work on chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems to optimize the operations of the system.
• Utilized building design and construction techniques knowledge and blueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facade systems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for building preventive maintenance and repair
