.Overseeing and directing Duct Cleaning projects from conception to completion
Finding new customers by direct sales visits, internet marketing, and through personal networking efforts to bring new business from clients.
• Contacting existing customers for maintaining a relationship and to improve sales by providing after sale service or re service
• Assisting with the design and construction of new buildings by providing HVAC systems that are compatible with the structure’s layout and materials used in construction
• Performing technical calculations to determine system requirements, including airflow rates and duct sizes
• Maintain relationships with customers insuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times
• Making follow ups for payment collections by email, phone calls or by direct visits
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc.
• Increases market penetration in local Systems business by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals
• Stay in contact with clients during service period by phone, email or by direct visits to monitor service level and to supervise duct cleaning technical team with their work schedules
• Report management about the monthly sales performance about the target allocated for individuals as well as team
• Analysing competitors pricing and their related movements in the target market.
• Analyse customer’s perceptions on a regular basis to understand their satisfaction level
• Marketing, branding, sales promotions and generating sales.
• Generating sales enquires and issuance of quotations
