This is a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi for an HVAC Site Supervisor. The HVAC Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site assessments, and managing HVAC technicians. The HVAC Site Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders.
Proven experience in the HVAC industry as a Supervisor or a similar role
Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Demonstrated expertise in safety regulations and procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driver's license is a plus
