We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to help our clients with their immigration requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and guide them with the required immigration procedures. Besides, you should assist them in gathering and submitting the required documents. The job consists of explaining the immigration processes, documentation and other legal formalities.
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
Should have 2-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant, Travel Consultant or a similar role in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and research driven individual.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
