5. FKPCL Combine Cycle Power Plant 148 MW (Westing house) IPP.
6. Fuel Oil & Gas Treatment plants. Water, Treatment plants, Desalination Plant, RO Plant, HRSG, Boilers. Fertilizer plant. Ammonia / Urea / Utilities, DCS, PLC Instrument & Control E&I.
•Servicing and Calibration of various type Field / control room instruments pressure, flow, level, temp, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Calibration Control Valve,. Diff. Types Transmitters, Switches, Vibration System, Analyzers Maintenance (Servicing) Calibration for Diff. type Oil, Gas, Water, Steam ENVIRONMENTAL System etc. Attach with DCS, PLC Control System.
•Protection System Boilers, Gas turbine Pumps ,Fans, Oil ,Gas, Water Treatment plants Desalination,
•Troubleshooting and Maintenance (Servicing) Instrument & control System Loops.
•SAFETY Committee Leader’s E& I Section.
•Provide work direction and technical assistance to team members.
•Maintaining the Drawings & Doentation Interpret technical doentation, datasheets, troubleshooting, Interpr technical drawings .from simple schematics to complex PID’s ILD’s & PLC ladder logic diagrams.
•Maintain the inventory levels through Warehouse section.
•Lab. In charge E & I Section
•To assist section head.
•Plant annual outage planning.
•Responsibility during Overhauling (Shut down) Maintenances Jobs.
