We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about interior / exterior design. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic in all aspects of the design world and must be able to work from home and under their own initiative. You will be joining a Dubai developer to assist in high end / luxury villa renovation projects. Along side this we will be offering our services out to prospective clients covering full design and build fit-outs. The ability to create 3D visualizations and drawings in a proficient manner is required. Working to deadlines, occasional travel and general desire to produce the very best at all times will also be necessary. Project completion bonus is available for the successful candidate. Excellent opportunity / career progression... Do not apply if you cannot demonstrate high end visualizations works.
Proven experience in luxury interior design works is a must. You will be required to undertake the following;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Proven experience.
- Competent in layouts, colour, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and installations.
- Creative imagination and eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project managment skills.
- 3D rendering experience of the highest standards.
- Experience in working with luxurious materials.
- Technical specification drawings is a bonus but not necessary.
