White Crescent Group is looking for well-experienced interior design draftsmen to join our Design Department.
The projects are high-end projects with level clients and end users.
The candidates are required to join immediately and become part of this dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should be able to provide layouts, general arrangements, and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality, design standards, and client's project specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Produce layout drawings to show wa finishes, furniture layouts, joinery key plans, and lighting layouts. Follow marked-up drawings produced by the Interior Designers.
•Work on full-room interior shop drawings, to show finishes, features, joinery details, location of fixtures, and fittings.
•Elaborate bathroom elevations to show the design intent of wall and floor tiles.
•Typical Door drawings to show the dimensions, door handles, frames, etc.
•Produce custom joinery items (plan/elevation/section/details).
•Elaborate Typical Detail drawings for ceilings, walls, floors, joints, features, etc.
•Check initial drawings produced and received by external parties (such as MEP drawings, AV & IT, etc...) and overlay th them with the architectural drawings. Should report any discrepancies or issues and prepare the drawings for the Interior Designers' review.
•Prepare the finalized drawings and issue for site execution.
•Update the drawings based on any site condition that requires resolving issues in the design.
•Assisting with the Doent Control of a project. Must be precise with the naming and saving of soft copy files on the server.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
•Must have interior design fit-out experience.
•Software skills: Highly skilled in AutoCAD. Additional Softwares are a plus but not mandatory.
•The Draftsman will be working alongside the Interior Designers and will play an active part in preparing the doentation for submissions.
