Experience Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in an interior /joinery Fit Out company.
The responsibilities of INTERIOR Design include meeting with clients, creating drawings, designs, and layouts, and complying with industry regulations.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Must have experience in Interior Fitout company with proven experience in handling residential, hospital, retail, and commercial company.
Must have strong knowledge of all kinds of luxury finishes and experience in creating concept designs, style boards, layouts, schematic designs, visuals and detail designs.
Must be excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, Vray, 3DS MAX, and other design software). You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and should have the creativity to shape innovative, unique designs.
Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
Knowledgeable in the design and technical skills both in Fitout & Joinery Projects.
Must be excellent knowledge in Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment and Finishes.
Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Interior Desi is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be Fluent in English.
