Prepare detailed bill of quantity and cost estimates for fitout projects based on project specifications, drawings, and site visits.
Conduct quantity takeoffs to determine the materials, labor, and equipment required for each project
Assist in developing project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, contracts, change orders, and other relevant doentation.
Prepare tender doents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other doentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating for interior Fitout and renovation projects in the GCC
