Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Auditor to join our team. Candidate who can adopt a proactive work style, evaluate internal control processes, practices, and doents to identify weaknesses before they become problems. Candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls. Primary responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments performing audits and providing valuable recommendations to improve our financial and operational processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance with a professional certification i.e. MBA, CA, ACCA, CIA is highly desirable.
3+ years experience in similar role with Insurance background is an advantage. Proficient in using MS office applications.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and audit procedures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
