Job Overview:
As a Female Customer Support Executive specializing in Forex Finance Markets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and assistance. The primary responsibilities include international calling, client follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to develop customers in various in targeted territories and generate leads and
client acquisition and address inquiries.Engage with clients to build accounts, understand their needs, and offer assistance in navigating our forex finance services.
2. Client Follow-ups:
Proactively follow up with prospective clients to ensure their onboarding is done swiftly.Ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by being a point of contact for their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
3. Doentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Update client profiles and account information to reflect the latest developments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the forex industry.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic understanding of forex finance markets and trading platforms.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Knowledge of proficiency in MS Office suite.
Need conversant over calls and emails.
