We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Retail Procurement Specialist to oversee our global procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of retail procurement processes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to source products internationally while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's retail needs on a global scale.
•Identify and establish relationships with international suppliers and vendors to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
•Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify new product opportunities and suppliers.
•Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
•Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and finance to streamline procurement processes and optimize efficiency.
•Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
•Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and budgets.
Requirements:
•Filipino or Indian Preferred.
•2 to 5 years of proven experience in retail procurement, with a focus on international sourcing.
•Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite.
•Experience working with diverse cultures and managing global supplie.
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated success in managing international procurement operations.
•Track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.
•Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
