Job Description

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Provides general administrative support for the assigned department or team and performs a variety of tasks and functions depending on the specific needs of the departme.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post SRV’s
Prepare advice and post GRN into Dealer Management System.
Check orders and amend it in the system, Reconcile orders with order confirmations.
Prepare Purchase Orders for local and overseas orders.
Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, sick reporting, overtime reporting, inventory reports and etc. (General Admin related jobs).
Producing and Printing DMS reports
Undertake parts creation, supersessions and amendments.
Liaise with principals regarding orders and ETA.
Liaise with workshop and retail counter personnel regarding orders and ETA
Responsible for evaluating the parts request from the branches and releasing quantities based on their consumption.
Updating GM parts locator site on a weekly basis.
Update GM Retail Inventory management system on a daily basis and update supersessions if any.
Generate requests to GM such as Helpdesk, Partech and Parts Creation.
Responsible for raising claims to GM as regards parts failures, damages or shortages.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
Responsible for liaising with Supply chain department for procuring office stationeries and pantry items.
