Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience – 8 years
• Deep business process knowledge and busine understanding on Product, Material, and Supplier Master Data management.»
• Define business needs and provides consulting support for future improvements and functionality requirements
• Determine how to satisfy new strategic requirements coming from the business, and assess impact on Global process, and implement in a lean and agile approach
• Responsible for the design of the Master Data processes affecting dependent streams aimed at satisfying the business requirements, taking overall business process strategy and governance framework into account e.g.,
• Product Master Data (Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, 3PL, and Warehousing)
• Supplier Master Data (Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Closing & Reporting)
• Finance Master Data (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Closing & Reporting
• Ensure cross functional alignment with dependent and affected functional processes
• Analyze, comment, document, and pre-evaluate business process change requests submitted by subsidiaries, and support the Business Process Owner in the decision-making process, and ultimately present to the Change Advisory Board
• Cooperate with other business process owners and architects, especially in view of process interfaces, joint projects, and common master data ways of working
• Responsible for ensuring global adoption of business process and monitoring to identify gaps and deviations
• Support mitigation activities required to close gaps and to allow adoption of the business process
• Create and coordinate implementation of master data user guides, FAQs, key and standard operating procedures ensuring business sign off
• Ensure continuous information communication and education to the Stakeholder Community e.g., Product MD Stakeholder Community, Supplier MD Stakeholder Community, and Finance MD Stakeholder Community, and conduct “Key Us (classroom and remote)
• Review, fulfill incidents, service reques, problems, and validate requests from a risk and strategy perspective
