We are seeking a highly motivated and minimum experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT team who has worked with IT Integrator or IT Support Company.
Candidates should be proficient in Server configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance. Also have experience with computer and network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and malware protection.
Candidates often need to provide technical support remotely and need to be familiar with virtual network solutions. They also need to have exceptional communication skills as the role includes dealing with customers by providing customer support and being proficient with the use of command-line interfaces for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role and must be Microsoft Certification.
