Design, install and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organization
Troublesho computer systems
Responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems
Develop software and programs
Run quality checks on produc to ensure optimal and efficient performance
Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol
Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational
Install and configure IT systems such as local area networks and wide area networks
Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations
