Main responsibilities:
Preparing the department's strategic plan proposal and contributing to its development and preparing and following up the implementation of operational plans to ensure their balance with the management objectives.
Manage the network infrastructure and operating systems of the main servers for all branches of the program
Managing the electronic connection of infrastructure with third parties
Manage operations of emergency plans and backups for infrastructure and networks
Managing and implementing information and data security policies and statement
Periodic follow-up of performance indicators and preparation of reports of achievement percentages in the department and submit them to the director of the department
