Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
Manages, oversees, and participates in the day-to-day operations of a functional department in a centralized IT Support Services Center where all or most of the service for applicable function is performed from centralized location. Such as, Managing information technology and computer systems, Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations, Managing IT staff.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage information technology and computer systems
Along with the Management, develops and implements controls and procedures to ensure that processing, analysis or reporting is done timely and accurately.
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Establishes metrics and monitors IT efficiency.
Responsible for managing workflow of IT within the company.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Implement changes to IT programs, at an organization-wide or individual level, in an efficient, accurate, and timely way.
Completed IT projects on time and within established budgets.
Act as the link between IT staff, consultants or suppliers and the Business unit.
Ensure a unified and standardized IT support service to all business departments.
Automate as much as possible of the business process to ensure higher quality of services.
