• The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Domain, DHCP, User, group permission and policy setup, Firewall and VPN setup Sonicwa, Switches Cis, Vmware and HyperV virtualization, Ms office and outlook setup, Microsoft 365 implementation, Backup and restore, Computer Hardware and networking, PABX and Access Control
• He is responsible to build, test, troubleshoot and maintain IT systems as per the client's requirements.
• He should be able to provide technical support to clients either by site visits, phone, or remote access.
• He should be able to work with the rest of the team for timely delivery of projects and the best results.
