Main hands-on ELV systems like CCTV PC-NVR, NVR, DVR, Access control, PA system, Structured Cabling, Intercom syste Telepho Systems and SMA implementation experience of different brands & technologies.
Experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windo OS and CISCO Network devices like Firewall, IP PBX, Router, Switch, WiFi Controller, etc. environments.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop and similar applications and help desk software.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices like: printers, scanners, Biometric devices, etc.
Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.
Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
History of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Minimum knowledge and understanding of the database server and application development.
Minimum MCSA & CCNA Certified.
CompTIA+ or Network+ certification may be advantageous.
Good knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP, IP, and OSI models.
Gulf Experience – preferred

Ability to prepare Progress Status Reports and email on daily basis.
