• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Install and maintain IP phones & PABX.
• Knowledge in Windows-Linux-Mac OS, Server, VM, NAS, SAN etc.
• Design and deploy networks (Switches, firewall, LAN, WLAN, VPN etc.)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware & network issues.
• Exchan and Outlook Management & Support.
• Backup Solution & support.
• Install, maintain and repair security systems (CCTV, Biometric etc.)
• Good problem-solving skills.
Should be able to attend a face-to-face interview in Dubai.
