Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, showcasing our exquisite jewelry collections. Educate customers about the unique features and craftsmanship of each piece.
Sales Generation: Drive sales through effective product demonstration and persuasive communication. Utilize your knowledge of jewelry trends and styles to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values of luxury, quality, and exclusivity that define our jewelry brand. Maintain a polished and sophisticated appearance at all times.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the jewelry display is visually appealing and effectively highlights the beauty of each piece. Participate in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to attract customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, designs, and materials in the jewelry industry. Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build long-lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales activities, including daily transactions and inventory levels. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury jewelry sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
Strong sales aen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
