Role and Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator at Cera Properties, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory, and placing orders when necessary.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, doent preparation, and filing.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Supporting the team with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the property industry.
Familiarity with the municipality processes related to property operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is 2500 dirhams to 4000 dirhams, depending on qualifications and experience.
