Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing insightful analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial matters.
Could you identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined accounting procedures?
Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Proficient in accounting software systems and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
