Study the tender doents, B.O.Q., specifications & drawings and advise the Senior Quantity Surveyor of any discrepancies.
- Measurement of quantities as per the tend drawings & specifications and analyses the quantities given in the consultant BOQ and advise of any major difference.
- Advise the Estimator of any queries, clarifications, discrepancies to be addressed to the consultant.
- Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of quantities estimates, tender doents, and the preparation and compilation of necessary information
- Ensure that the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers is undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Request and follow-up quotations from suppliers for the specified materials.
