Responsible for keeping offices neat and organized. Duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) Clean & Organize meeting rooms after every meeting. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers Have experience in Office girl or Housekeeping cleaner roles Can prepare tea and coffee for staff & guests and Big Bosses. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Competencies Must have experience as Office Girl in UAE Must be punctual Preferrably can speak English Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
• Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
• Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
• Must be Fluent in English
• Other languages would be a benefit
• Strong Knowledge of Comput Office is required
