We are a leading landscaping company, that is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Manager to join our team. As the Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our projects, managing a team of skilled professionals, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences, and develop customized plans accordingly.
Procure necessary materials, tools, and equipment for each project, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and maintain project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every job site.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their feedback and resolving any complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Proven experience as a Landscape supervisor or in a similar managerial role within the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as CAD or landscaping design software, is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
