Due to the dynamic development of our company in Dubai - We are actively looking to hire a Lead Qualifier / Quality Assurance who can work in fast pace environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates agent service delivery and product knowledge, and provides associated feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and productivity.
Managing potential clients - establishing relationship with clients
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of the clients.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Responsible for creating a quality assurance process for all functions across the sales team
Identify potential new clients by responding to all inbound leads and determine whether the lead is a viable match based on a pre-established set of criteria
Generate referrals from current clients and other sources such as web and generated lists
Outbound calling to follow up on older leads informing them of new promotions and gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data in the Master Data system
Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle
Provide sufficient follow-up via phone and email
Guide lead through application process from start to finish

Qualifications:
Telephone customer services experience, preferably with experience in a Migration Company.
Outbound phone experience
Coach-able and humble
