Identify, facilitate, and support opportunities for process improvement across the company
Conduct Lean training and actively promote Lean concepts.
Function as an effective change agent throughout the company
Conduct Lean audits and devel improvement plans for the facility using Lean methods
Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events (including preparation, close-out, documentation and follow-up responsibilities)providing necessary information and guidance to the teams to achieve project objectives
Communicate effectively across all levels within organization
