They must have good interpersonal and verbal skills and must have be approachable
Knowledge about the work field and keeping in touch with the new developments in area of expertise is necessary to formulate training programmes
Education & Qualification:
There is not specific degree for a job like this but most have at least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, literature, human resources, management or computers
Knowledge of computer is essential to prepare programs and give presentations
Experience as public speakers, teachers and broadcasters also helps
