1. Should be technically proficient in legal matters and should have in depth knowledge of the local legal environment as well.
2. should have the ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc.
3. should have strong communication skills and should be able to work independently.
4. should be able to convey complex information in a simple way and make sure that the presented information is precise.
5. should have strong sense of attention to detail and should be able to complete the given tasks and requests promptly and accurately.
6. should be able to demonstrate high level of diplomacy, motivation, and tact while carrying out h duties.
7. should be updated with the current laws and should be able to interpret and implement them in the right situations.
8. Good advising, monitoring, researching and supervising skills would be a plus.
