AST Group is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Light Vehicle Driver / Driver Technician to join our team.
As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting cleaning equipment and supplies to and from job sites, as well as picking up and dropping off team members.
•Every day cleaning of company vehicle- should be before starting the job and end of the day. (Inside & Outside)
•Checking for adequate water, oil and tire air pressure before starting the job (early morning).
•Transporting staff members and products to the destination point on time or before time.
•Helping with loading and unloading of goods, raw materials.
•Checking traffic updates before starting the journey.
•Opting to a shorter or alternate route in case of traffic congestion.
•Parking the vehicle properly in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.
•Conducting timely vehicle maintenance checks.
•Scheduling vehicle service appointments.
•Informing the company of any accidents or vehicle damage immediately to transport in charge as well as .
•Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, clearing waste and vehicle maintenance.
•Maintaining and submitting Car Maintenance Checklist every week to the Office.
•Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings, starting and ending kilometre in Log sheet.
•Collecting payment, making utility payments, and depositing cash in company accounts timely manner.
•Purchasing of Materials for as per Material Purchase Indent form and submitting bills.
•Checking of bills with materials purchased.
•Ensuring the safety of staff members and goods during the journey
