EXPERIENCE:
• At least 1-2 years' experience as Real Estate listing Agent in UAE Real Estate Market preferably in a medium to large organization or in real estate industry.
• Listing Agent experience in UAE and Abu Dhabi market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cold calling to generate leads and properties
• Must be team player to support sales and leasing team
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Preparing contracts, tax invoices and receipts
• Sending emails & Following up with clients on daily basis
• Update CRM system
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
